Experience on braking..

Hey y'all! Just quick question from what I experienced from a drive we had yesterday in the canyons. Does not happen everytime I brake but i get a sudden "dud" feeling during stepping on the brake and at the same time the slip indicator blinks. What y'all think causing this? ABS? I did change my fluids, speedbleeders and brake pads before a track. Then changed back to oem pads after. Does pushing back the pistons of the calipers puts air to the lines and fluids?

I experienced this also during my last track run. When all nannies were off but did not do pedal dance.

Nannies are really that sensitive in our car?

No, pushing the pistons back puts old/burned/used/gnarly fluid back into the system. That wouldn't cause a sliplight.

You may be engaging ABS or EBFD, not sure if EBFD throws the slip light on though. In my experience, when ABS engages I DO see the slip light; very easy on broken surfaces with high grip tires.

I think a better question is why are you braking so late into a corner that the slip light is on while under braking?

It could be ABS kicking in on the inside rear tire if you're cornering really hard while on the brakes, it wouldn't take much to lock it up at all.

Sounds like EBDF. I've never had it kick in while autocrossing, but I did get it once while braking in a curve that had a little fine gravel on it.
