Realistic Lease Estimation.

Lets say for arguments sake that the premium starts at 23,999, and the limited starts at 27,000, how do Subaru's lease? I looked on the website and similar priced vehicles lease at about 289 a month with little money down.

Do you think it will be possible to have a limited for ~300 a month for a 3-4 year lease?

That's not truly how a lease works, or at least you're missing variables.

First there is the vehicles cost, in your example around 24k.

Next there is what Subaru predicts the cars value will be at the end of the lease, this is unknown for obvious reasons, and unlike your example there is no past data to base it off. This means it will likely be a conservative figure.

Let's guess at the end of a 3 year 36k mile lease they think it will be worth 65% of that or 15.6k

The difference between these two numbers will have an interest of sorts charged against it. The total of which will be split among the 36 months in your lease therm.

As you can see there are far too many unknowns to make a guess. Especially since it such a new car, without any clear cars to pull comperable information from.

never do a lease for more than 3 years.
I would say the same as the WRX which is $289/month.
