Need some help.

Ok so I was thinking of getting some enkie rpf1 18x9.5 and running 245 tires all around I know they fit and can be driven on with the problems but I would like to start tracking my car and attend some auto x and stuff for fun but don't know if this set up will be ok. I know their not ideal for this but can only get one set of wheels right now. So has anyone with these wheels and experience had any trouble rubbing etc etc while under hard braking, cornering etc.
thanks in advance.

If you're after performance, 17's will be lighter and you can still get a 9" wheel with 245's. One thing to check is if 9.5's will fit up front without poking with whatever shocks/springs you have. I know on stock struts a 9" wheel doesn't really clear unless you run a lower offset, which gives it some poke out of the fender.

I'm not sure what class that would put you in though. Max for STX is 9" and you have to have stock size wheels for CS. Maybe C Prepared?
