About to spend considerable amount of money on some ACE Red capped V12 ' s. Can't find them in Canada. Anyone else tried this rim on the car?

Never heard of these wheels :p, any image? 18" fits perfectly on the FRS. You have about 8.5 inch of width anything larger than that will start causing problem.
Offset range from 35-45, you'll be good. Goodluck finding anything in canada, if you do. You'll pay double of what it cost. I'm in Quebec, my tax is 15% LOL... so its already more expensive than MSRP and I got another 15% to pay. Ouch. Try to check CANADA forum for more info on shops around you ![]()

ex. 225/40/R18; 235/40/R18; 245/40/R18 and 245/35/R18. Which should be the best match? (I lower my car both front and rear for 15 mm and the car is for DD) Thanks. |

Yes, they will all work. I believe 245/35/R18 is closest to overall stock diameter. 225 maybe be beginning to be a little stretch for a 8.5". If you live in an area with a lot of potholes I'd go with 40 profile. I think generally speaking tires in 225/40/18 are more readily available and cheaper. Tire compound and grade is more important than the difference between those sizes imo.
