2022 BRZ premium 6MT for sale in CO

I bought this car new in Nov 2021. Has extremely low miles (~10,800) as it has been used only for local driving a few days per week and time trial events at my local track (a 0.9mi kart track). Garage kept. Maintenance has been overkill, as I intended to keep it for quite a while.

Condition: Nearly perfect. No accidents. Small paint blemish on hood (see photo) that somehow happened when I had the PPF redone due to a visible hair under the film that was bothering me. Tiny scratch above the drivers rear wheel which was touched up, though still visible. Mild carpet wear from track driving without the drivers floor mat in place.

Maintenance:
Oil pan dropped at 4155 miles to clean oil pickup (40-45% clogged with RTV)
Oil pan dropped at 6070 miles to clean oil pickup (5-10% clogged with RTV)
Oil and filter changes every fall and spring (always OE filter, Motul 300V oil)
5w-40 oil fill in the spring, 0w-30 or 5w-30 oil in the fall
Oil always filled with 6 liters
Annual Blackstone Labs oil analysis every fall (after track season)
Annual brake and clutch fluid change/bleed (Endless RF650)
Trans and diff fluid change every 2 years (RL MT85, Motul gear 300 75w-90)

Tires:
Stock wheels - cheap 225/45/17 z-rated all-seasons w/ 3PMS ~400tw, 5% worn
Apex VS-5RS forged 17x8.5 gunmetal - 225/25/17 Yoko Advan AD09 - 2 seasons of use, still decent tread but not as grippy as new
Will include one set of H&R spacers I use with all 4 stock wheels when mounted, and a pair of Apex spacers for the front Apex wheels to prevent rubbing during track driving.

Brakes:
Stock rotors/calipers/lines
Stock pads - plenty of life, used fall through spring
CSG CP pads - plenty of life, used late spring through early fall (track season)

Current alignment:
Camber -3.2 deg front, -2.4 deg rear
Toe 0 front, 0.1 deg total toe-in rear

Price is $28,000 with stock wheelset and brake pads
For $29,500 will include the apex wheelset and CP brake pads
Will include all stock parts except the suspension (I plan on putting this on an fr-s I just picked up for my daughter but willing to negotiate if this is a deal-breaker).

Why am I selling? Recently got an NB miata that I have more fun with. This makes my 4th, apparently I have a thing for them.
