2015 Scion FR-S AT, Great Condition, Low Mileage with Many Upgrades
Up for sale is my 2015 Scion FR-S AT with 37,618 miles. I am looking for $18000 but am willing to listen to offers. It is tastefully upgraded for performance and style and is in great overall condition. It runs like new, having been well maintained for the entirety of its life. It has only ever been in dry environments (Arizona and inland California) and has no surface corrosion whatsoever. This is a fantastic looking, sounding, and driving car that I'm selling only because I am moving to a place where it snows.
This car comes with a long list of upgrade parts that cost $6000+ new, not including installation costs. Performance Upgrades: - Tein Street Flex Original Series Coilovers with Adjustable Ride Height and 16-way Adjustable Damping (plus custom-cut slots and custom caps so that rear damping can be adjusted directly from opening the trunk) - HKS Hi-Power Exhaust with custom weld job on tips (pushed back for flush look and ceramic coated black) - TRD Intake with filter and all parts included - Openflash Tablet ECU Tuner (Currently the OEM ECU programming is installed in the car, but in 5 minutes the tablet can be used to install the custom ECU tuning for a bump in torque and horsepower if you would like. This tablet also gives you the option to run E85 for a ~30% boost in torque/HP, which I’ve done before but only drove for about ~200 miles.) - Seibon Carbon Fiber Hood (TS model) - Rexpeed C-Style Carbon Fiber Side Skirt Extensions - Seibon Carbon Fiber Trunk Lip Spoiler - GrimmSpeed Strut Bar (Black) - GrimmSpeed Brake Master Cylinder Brace (Black) Aesthetic Upgrades: - Buddy Club Taillights with Flasher Relay - K2Motor Jet Black Projector Headlights - HID headlight bulbs with Morimoto XP55 50W conversion ballast - SPC Lower Control Arms (Metallic Red) - GrimmSpeed Engine Cover (Black) - Tinted Windows (50% rear windows + windshield strip, 35% driver/passenger windows) - Manual OEM Shift Boot Cover - Matched Cool-White LED upgrades on all interior lights - Matte black front emblem - Matte black 86 side emblems - Rear emblem removed for cleaner look with spoiler Additional Upgrades: - Covercraft Weathershield HP Custom Car Cover - Project Kics Oil Drain Plug - Power cable with 80A fuse + fuse holder hooked to positive terminal of battery routed into interior (can be used for installation of aftermarket speakers or other devices) The sale of this car includes most of the original OEM components that were upgraded, including the exhaust, coilovers, headlights, air intake, and automatic shift boot. There are a couple of things about this car you should be aware of as a buyer. The car was in a fender-bender in 2019 where the front contacted the rear bumper of another car, but there was no structural/engine damage and no airbag deployments. I drove it from the scene to the body shop with no issues (no check engine light and no noticeable difference in driving characteristics). All the damage from this incident has been fully repaired by a reputable San Jose shop and the records are available. As for existing damage, the only thing worth noting is that the left tail light has 2 burnt out LEDs and a crack, but the crack has been sealed shut with 3M automotive weather-resistant clear tape. It should also be noted that there are 3 plugged holes in the trunk from where a spoiler was installed. This is a fantastic looking, sounding, and driving car that I wouldn’t be selling if I didn’t need a car with deep snow capabilities. The car is an absolute dream to drive with the upgraded coilovers, lowered ride height, and it’s 50/50 weight distribution and I’ll sorely miss driving it. I hope you can get as much enjoyment out of this car as it has given me! Please don't hesitate to contact me with requests for additional information or photos, I will be happy to provide them. VIN: JF1ZNAA14F8703705 (I have a PDF of the full CarFax report available upon request) |
