Gruppe-s UEL & Invidia Q300 anyone?
Anyone running this setup with stock FP?
Curious thoughts on how it sounds... Hoping for nice sort of exotic , boxer sound without being too RACECAR obnoxious. Currently running HKS EL header with q300 but thinking about making the switch to UEL. Last edited by EvolutionRevolution; 05-22-2020 at 11:55 PM. |

I have a gruppe s uel header and a works axleback muffler. It offers a great tone everywhere unless you're lugging the engine of course. Boxer rumble down low, 4cyl scream up top with minimal rasp and ZERO drone. From what I've gathered, the q300 should get you similar results paired with the header. Probably would sound a bit nicer than my setup too since it's a full catback. Pretty nice combo from what I've heard. Should be a couple vids on youtube that have the q300/uel combo if you want to take a listen.

Jdl Uel catless header and jdl FP catted and resonated with Q300. Nice and. Quiet until you get on it. But my Q300 is getting louder. Nice boxer rumble.
