Hi. I have a 2016 Toyota Scion FR-S car brought from US in Europe. Due to a storm, the interior was flooded. After that the modules were changed:

1. OEM EGI CONTROL MODULE UNIT serial 22765AH671

2. INTEGRATED UNIT ASSY serial 88281CA320.

Now the car is functional but with some alarms on board and to start it was made a modification with an additional relay and an additional start button.
I also consulted other specialists who said that there is a need for a reprogramming of the OEM module EGI CONTROL MODULE UNIT that was taken from another car and that online is seen to have another VIN but this specialist does not have the training necessary to do this reprogramming.
WHERE I CAN DO IT IN EST EUROPE?

You dont need to change VIN to get car to start without modifications to start circuits.

You do need to sync modiles such as the engine ecu , dash cluster (key start) imobilisier modules to the car security.

If by EGI module you mean the engine control unit.Here is proceedure.
