o2 sensor spacer with tune

I installed a header and used an o2 spacer to get around the CEL. I'm planning to install OFT tune now, do I need to remove the o2 spacer immediately? Or is it OK to leave it in until I can get to it?

Hopefully spacer in the rear 02 sensor only.

Whwn you get tune its best to remove it. Spacers can upset cruise fueling tuned or untuned as rear 02 sensor is used fo cruise fueling adjistmens
