Red FRS USED for the low price of $33,888!!!!

I guess this is one way around scion "pure pricing". Drive the car 11 miles sell it to a friend and call it used.

"Hurry and take advantage now! Less than 1k miles!!! You don't have to worry about depreciation on this great FR-S!!!!"

Someone brought in an asphalt 6MT with 200 miles on it for trade. The dealer gave him MSRP for it, so they have it for sale at 30K... They'll be hard pressed to find someone to buy it at that price.

Why he got rid of it? 200 miles and that was it?

Yeah. Didn't even get through the first tank of gas. I don't know what he traded for or any other specifics. My dealer called me before he finished the trade-in paperwork and wanted to know if I wanted it. I told him at that price I'd wait for a new one and save a few thousand dollars.

Story I heard is that the guy wanted something more comfortable and automatic since he drives around a lot, so he traded it in for a Prius C.

Maybe they mistakenly think it's an LFA.

Or maybe they're just a-holes.

Do you at least get a complimentary jar of Vaseline if you purchase that car?
