Top Speed

I have a stats project at my school, and we needed to collect data on something random, so i chose top speed. If you could fill out this form that would be great.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F...ewform?c=0&w=1

Edit: This is on the street not the track

I drive at the posted speeds.
Those yellow signs before corners are only advisory though.

It's the apostrophe. I'm guessing some Android update started using a unicode character because a couple months ago, I started having trouble quoting when using firefox. Chrome can handle all the extended symbols without issue. If you look at my apostrophes versus his, you'll see they look a little different.

edit: No, it's his little ... symbols.

Point of clarification - are you looking for top speed, anywhere, or top speed on public roads?

The other questions suggest the latter...

I answered the questions asked, without the clarification.
