Hey guys (ignore the username. Traded an frs for a brz)

Can some one PLEASE tell me what the knob above the ac outlet in the center console is for (its in the well the cup holders sit in above the ac outlet) its a 2014 brz limited.

There was no AC outlet in this car, so I'm going to assume you mean the DC outlet in the center console.

There was no knob above that DC outlet. If you have one, it's probably an aftermarket addition the prior owner installed, perhaps a volume control for a bluetooth phone speaker system.

Post a picture of it, and maybe someone can identify it.

Thank you and I will. it was too dark to do so in the prior post. I found a sub in the trunk though so if its not a stock item it may be bass control for the sub.
