ECUtek tuning for EL vs. UEL
I'm not familiar with the finer details of tuning a car. I picked up a second BRZ that has an ECUtek tune on it. Is it safe/ok to switch from UEL to EL headers or vice versa without getting a new tune? Assuming both stay catless. Probably a moot point because I have a feeling I'll get a new tune on it eventually anyways, but doesn't hurt to know.
Any help is appreciated. |

Assuming the only change is el to uel or uel to el header its not going to blow up or anything but their is usualy different cam timings for el and uel headers. It will run fine But it may not be optimal Can do ecutek tunes if you have cable kit |
