I noticed a sound coming from the driver side of the engine on my 2013. It sounds like it may be a valve train issue, or possibly an injector. The motor is stock afaik except for the e85 tune from oft, the noise has been happening since before I switched to e85 I just hear it louder now that the crickets quieted down.

Any thoughts? I'm not very familiar with boxer engines and not sure if this is a common sound heard or not.

Sounds like a normal FA20 to me. The change between the port and direct injectors still messes with my mind.

If you have an auto and I am missing something it could be your vacuum pump. It is a known issue. Not hearing that in your clip though.

Yea its a manual. So it's just an injector noise then? Good to know. Ty

I wouldn't worry about it ....... it sounds like an engine running to me .....
