Critique my Decision Rota Titans 18x8.5 +45 VS. Konig Rennform 18x8 +40

OK have been looking a wheels for months now even before I bought my new 86 a few weeks ago. Ive have certain criteria that both these setups seem to meet with some diffrences. I have coilovers so the widths shouldn't matter. Driving will be mostly 90% street, canyon carver, track day twice a year. I keep coming back to these 2 wheels.
-Looks
-Square to keep stock balance
-price $1500 wheels+tires
- Sits flush close to fender without annoying poke or -10 camber / \ or adding heavy spacers. Plan to add 3mm spacer in rear with both setups.
- Lightweight
- Close to stock outer diameter to keep new 86 gearing quick.

Konig Rennform 18x8 +40
-Looks- Like the styling spokes that extend to the lip make the wheel look larger, amount of spokes will hide small stock brakes. Not completely sold on the matte grey prefer the hyper black of the Rotas
-Fitment- should sit perfectly flush up front. slight tuck in rear will add 3mm spacer.
-Weight - 18.7 lbs, 225/40/18 tires conti extreme sport 21lbs = ~40lbs
-Outside Diameter would be 1/2" taller which I don't like 4.3 gearing would drop to 4.22

Rota Titans 18x8.5 +45
- Looks- Love the hyperblack finish I can get. Don't like the abrupt transition from spokes to hub area its like a huge cliff. Still nice wheels
-Fitment- Would only poke out 2mm more than the Rennforms but getting a wider wheel. Would still add 3mm spacer in back
- Can't find an exact weight in this size. 18x9.5 is 19.7lbs. Well say 19.3 for sake of argument. Tires Hankook Evos 245/35/18 22lbs Total =~41.5lbs same as stock
-Outside diameter is nearly same as stock only .2" bigger gear will be 4.28 so no difference really.

Any reason why I should go with one over the would the slightly lighter rennforms make as much of a difference as keeping the gearing the same with Rotas. Slighltly leaning to the Rotas due the fitment should be dead on and maintain gearing and slightly wider.
