Whiteline Camber bolt.... Help

Guys,
I'm in the process of installing the whiteline camber bolt. I've come across a snag.

See the picture. What the hell is the rectangular piece with the nipples on it for. Nothing in the instructions mention it.

It goes under the bolt head side with the nipples facing the strut.

I just went and looked at the directions again.

I see now why you had questions. That part isn't even called out.
@Whiteline input on this one?

The docs say +/- 1.5, what does the OEM do?

It's for locating the bolt in slotted struts, which we don't have.

Had a look at mine this afternoon while I was switching wheels. That washer is under the nut with the nipples facing the strut.

What Orbital says makes sense.

Being on the nut side would make it an expensive washer. Being on the bolt head side would negate the rotating camber tab. Just my thoughts.

I was also confused on what that piece did, so I just left it off when I was installing them last night...

Hopefully that piece doesn't matter.

My whiteline bolts did not come with that. I bought mine last fall.
