Will BRZ fog light fit into FR-S housing?

My driver's side fog light glass lens shattered today as some highway debris hit it. The fog light still functions, but since the lens is shattered I want to replace that side unit.

The problem is, Toyota apparently only sells the fog lights as a full kit, so I'll be paying $650 for a whole set when all I need is the bulb glass housing of one side...

Subaru will sell me one BRZ fog light for about $230, but I noticed it looks slightly different (not the bumper cutout which is clearly different from BRZ to 86, but the glass housing itself). Does anyone know if the BRZ fog is plug and play inside an FR-S with fog lights?

Thanks!

No idea but you can get the cheap-o eBay fog lights. Just another option I'm throwing out.

You can buy the housings cheap second hand. Or upgrade to OLM led housings for like 100 bucks.

I'm too lazy to check, but easiest way would be to look up some aftermarket fogs for the BRZ or FRS and see if they use the same or different model# for the other car. Do this with 2 or more brands to verify.....

There's lots of great, lower cost, aftermarket options for fog lights for the FRS - 2 of my favorites:

Diode Dynamics Luxeon Fog light - somewhere around $150 I believe- Nice wide beam pattern from 3 Luxeon LED emitters per side. They are a member/vendor here so PM them for options.

iJDMToy Bi-Xenon capable projector "fog" lights - around $120 on Amazon - I put "fog" in quotations as, when paired with a quality HID kit, these function as a great additional set of head lights. If you are looking for more down road visibility, this is a good choice. I've taken output shots of these; let me know if you would like to see them.
