Who misses driving in their first car?

I drove a White Piece of Shit Saturn with a bunch of fucked up paint scrapes

It was at 212k miles?
One time there was smoke coming out of the front hood at a line for In n Out
and all of my friends were in it lol

I miss my first car. It was a '86 300zx but it just cost to much to keep on the road

I do the same. Always end up realizing it was the time and memories associated with the car I was nostalgic for not the actual car. By now my first car is either somebody's classic baby or soup cans (the cans is the more likely of the two).

Not mine but just like it in the mid 70s. Have never found a surviving picture of it although there must be one someplace.

I had a 2010 Nissan Versa SL Hatchback as my first vehicle.

It wasn't a hot hatchback but I made it hot with my driving. Don't really miss it.

For sure, but like @Tcoat says ...... maybe it was more the memories associated with it.

Same here...again not mine but exactly like it.

'65 Dodge Polara that someone had "debadged". I didn't know until about 15 years after I owned what the model was because even the registration just said "Dodge". It had a push-button automatic and a split bench front seat.

I paid $300 for it, drove it two years and sold it for $400.

As others have said, I'm sure it's more teenage memories than anything else. If I did find one I'd probably drive it and say "ugmmm never mind". I've probably missed my window on this anyway. Even a junked out one now goes for about $6,000. A decent one (particularly the convertibles) can approach mid '30s.

My first car was a brown '89 Ford F250 extended cab long bed with a 460ci engine. I don't miss that at all.
