Innovate Stage 2; First Mods?

Bought a used 2013 with 9,000 miles. Came equipped with Innovate Stage 2 kit, outdated Delicious Tune and Innovate oil temp/pressure gauge. Also, has Five:AD kit, staggered 18x8/18x9 ESM 004 wheels (Pilot Sports), Eibach Pro kit, and TRD catback. So far I've done an alignment and swapped fluids with Motul. No vacuum, coolant, or oil leaks found as of now. Did NOT come with Ecutek cable, etc so I have no clue what version of the tune I am running, but its old and sucks royally at low rpms (built 9/14 @HGMotorsports).

Long term goal (6-7months) is to complete the exhaust and go flex fuel with pump/injectors (280whp). What do you guys think is the best starting point? Will each step require updated tuning? Most likely Moto-East FWIW. Thanks gents!

1) Finish exhaust (JDL UEL/OP & Ultra Quiet FP;ditch TRD later)
2) Flex Fuel basic (pump/injectors later)
3) Flex Fuel (complete kit)
4) Everything at once

*better drivability ASAP would be nice*

Well, I figure that your first step would be to thank your "higher power" that puppy still runs .........

Second step is above my pay grade.

Already done lol! Got a really good deal on the car so if I have to scrap the Sprintex kit I can. Was curious what others thought would be the best next step if I don't. Cheers

1. Cable and tuning ASAP.

2. pump and injectors way before flex on that kit. On that S/C, Injectors and the appropriate tuning will significantly improve drivability on their own. Talk to Moto East about this, they will confirm exactly what I am saying. If you're worried about budget, skip the pump until you're ready to buy flex.

3. Then worry about other stuff...

...Oh, and check the bypass valve for proper operation.
