Review on Evasive Motorsport 70mm exhaust
My goal orginally was a single exit mainly for looks and weight reduction. I switched from a DC Sports exhaust to a Tomei 80mm. I ran the exhaust for about two months but would like to state my FRS is not a daily driver. Having no cat on the header and replacing the front pipe made my car a screamer and it drones from 3.5-5.5k. At cold start my car would be 108db and when I recently dynoed it at Evasive it was at 114db. Needless to say I got pulled over for the Tomei being too loud on the way to the track. Due to this I began my search for a 70mm and stainless steel exhaust once again and decided to hit up my friend at Evasive to pick up their exhaust.
Initially I didn't like how the exhaust connected but since its slip joint, it allowed me to adjust the position of the exhaust and the tip. The note of the exhaust is perfect, absolutely no drone in any rpm which is helpful when going up a hill with a wide open throttle without the downshift. The exhaust is a lot quiter and cold start measured at 100db. Exhaust seem to have good welds. The exhaust does hang low so I have to be aware when going over speed bumps. The exhaust is nice when put on a lift. In conclusion great exhaust for people concerned about noise in relation to catless header and straight front pipe, budget friendly, and want a 70mm size. http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/mm...-INTAKEEXHAUST ![]()

It's piping looks very low/prone to scraping sometimes, no? Might be just picture angle or very lowered car though.

Nice to know...
I'm sending my car in for the rest of the exhaust tomorrow (I have catless headers) and really hoping I get no drone and pleasant sound... It's a custom fitted job, so can't really compare to anything until it is done. I did specifically ask for something that isn't too loud though, so they're fitting a resonator with it ![]() Then we can compare youtube videos haha. Mine will be dual exit though.
