Lightbulb Super-ed FR-S on wet NO2

Hey guys I was just wondering if there is anyone out there who could give me some info on just how much these engines can take.
I've read about people putting on the NO2 kit and people putting on the supers but I was wondering if it could take the NO2 Super combo or am I going to be picking rods off the road and pieces out of my heads.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

From what I've read, you will want to start upgrading internals at around 400whp. If I were running a supercharger and nos, I would probably replace the internals just to be safe.

This tread should be called "Questions about a Super-ed FR-S on wet NO2". Just reading the title got my hopes up.
