Detailing Question- Back window next to center brake light

Thoroughly cleaned my BRZ a few days ago. I was unable to clean the area of the back window that touches the center rear brake light. There were a couple of dead bugs back there along with some film that accumulated on the glass that surrounds the brake light. Any suggestions?

To get anything out of there some compressed air works really well, and sometimes fishing line to get stuff out that's stuck. I'll also get a thin microfiber cloth and floss it in between the light and the glass to clean the glass if it's smudged somehow. Hope that helps!

+1 on the "flossing" method.
I have a special glass cleaning wand type thing that is made by Stoner I believe. I haven't tried it yet but I'll use it tomorrow and take a few pics and report back... If I remember lol

Can't you just pop the top part of the light off? It's hard to do (and I wouldn't do it often) but if there's bugs back there it would probably be the easiest way.
