Wheel Directory: Work Emotion CR Ultimate "Kiwami" 18x8.5 +47 / 18x9.5 +38
![]() ![]() 18x8.5 +47 225/40/18 Toyo T1R 18x9.5 +38 245/35/18 Toyo T1R ![]() 1 Inch drop Back poking out about 1/2 - 1 inch didnt really measure it ![]() ![]() ![]() +47 in the front is pretty flush. I think +38 will poke out like the rear ![]() ![]() Riding on 18s I notice the car seems a bit more sluggish during take off. I was worried about understeer with the staggered fitment but the handling does not seem to have been affected much other than having way more grip. I dont notice any understeer but this is just my daily driver and I'm not a track nut/expert Hope this helps anyone trying to decide on offsets. Last edited by DarrenDriven; 05-12-2014 at 01:06 AM. |

Looks very nice. well done
I'm not an expert but I think that you would have to push it to the limit to notice understeer. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong lol.

Good to see they stick out a bit... Personally I like the rim edge sticking out more.. Then peel a tyre over it and setting some camber to avoid rub... Looks great nonetheless and cheers for posting...
I'm going to try to run 8.5 front 9.5 rear but use similar to the stock size tyres.. Well try anyway. Bit aggressive but I like it like that.. |

You should do an autocross and see how it pushes during hard turn in. I really consider going staggered with pretty much those exact wheels. I think I would try different offsets though.

Looks pretty good! But the rear tires are a bit too low profile for my taste. Also needs moar low!

if you don't mind how much did those rims and tires cost you? I want to go the same route as that

Wait a minute that means that 18x 9.5 +35 will stick out further than the +38?

That looks very nice but I think it'll rub once the springs are installed. Do you plan on rolling the fenders and cambering the rear?
How do the 35's feel on the rear?

the fenders are pre-rolled from the factory and I'm only going to drop it about an inch. I was told the rear will camber in slightly once I lower it so I dont think it will rub.. The 35s feel fine. ride quality has not suffered at all
