Vortech kit question

1.) I can't figure out where the hood prop relocation bracket goes. Right now I just have it sitting in the engine bay with electrical tape holding It down.

2.) I have the original kit and the windshield washer fluid tank does not seem to fit with the brz limited HID housing. I just left it off but if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Thank You,

Cjsporl

1) Page 16 shows you where it goes. You need to drill your own holes.

2) Pictures of what you are having clearance issues with would help. Should be pretty straight forward.

I suggest just getting hood dampers so you don't have to drill new holes for the hood prop relocation bracket. The Grimmspeed ones are the best ones I've seen. They have the biggest angle and slow down just before they reach full extension.

I can't answer your second question because I have an 86 but mine has factory HIDs and I was able to get the filler neck to fit. It was tight but it went in eventually. Maybe the 86 headlights even with factory HIDs has more clearance since I did not have to remove the passenger side headlight to fit the post-intercooler pipe
