What Do You Think Did This?
Pretty sure it wasn't a rock from the freeway because I would have heard it if something hit my car that hard... I park ass first in a parking garage so I'm not sure how I could have gotten it. It wasn't there this morning... Front bumper area
Any suggestions for body shops in the 310 area?

Just a wild guess. Being a plastic/rubbery type of material it's possible you didn't hear something hit the front. It looks like missile damage and certainly not someone keying your car.
