I'm South of you in New London/Groton area. I have only seen a silver BRZ for like 2 seconds and a Hot Lava FRS and my Whiteout FRS. The Hot Lava is owned by another Navy guy but he lives off base and we don't talk other than in passing.

I live in Wallingford, CT. Aside from the Hot Lava FR-S AT being driven by the owner of Toyota of Wallingford as a demo... I haven't seen any other FR-S or BRZ except when I met a couple guys up on the pike from the forums.

I'm in new Britain and have a lighting red BRZ. I see about one or two other BRZ/frs a week. If anyone is up for it I will be at the carct autocross this weekend.

After I complete my move I will DEFINITELY have to give autocross a go.

What I REALLY want is a track day at limerock. I've never been.... but it would need to be an event I can purchase track day insurance for. I just can't get over the fear of damaging my car and my insurance telling me to take a hike.

Yeah I believe the EMRA events are available to be insured with lockton. I looked it up for me it and it was $300ish for one event. The catch is you can't be getting timed in order to get insured. But if you are a first timer with EMRA and are taking time trials school your aren't allowed to be timed anyways.
