Is there a certain order in removing the under panel's?

So it seems like some of the under panels are over lapping each other and wondering if there is a certain order you have to take it apart. For example do you have to remove panel #2 before removing panel #3? I also recall a piece of panel #2 overlapping panel #1 but I might be mistaken.

Depending on what you're doing, you don't necessarily have to completely remove the other panels, just the fasteners from it that hold the panel you want to access if applicable. ie, Between 2 & 3 there's some fasteners I believe that go through both. Remove those and 3 will slip free. Not sure what model you have but mine (US Spec FR-S) doesn't have panel #4 that I recall ever seeing.
