That is kick ass! The day when you could just pop in a different brand of oil and call it a day. Or even better go from 0W-20 on the drive to the track to a heavier weight on the track and back to the 0W-20 on the drive back, all with minimal hassle.

Amazing. How does this store all the oil - does it somehow replace the oil pan?

I had the same question as @DarkSunrise.

It looks like all the oil is in the cell, which would have me worried about heat. Cool concept though.

I imagine it's practically a dry sump system at that point, Could be great for longer endurance races, I know some of the bigger alms teams will change oil at some point in a 24 hour race.
