My First Dent! Wow...

My first dent on my FRS! Just noticed it today on the rear driver's side fender after washing it. Holy crap, I was so pissed! Blood was boiling! It's annoying that it's dented, but what really gets to me is that some people just have no respect for other people. I am always careful with opening my doors around other cars even if they are crappy cars. All I ask is for the same in return, but I should know better. Just gotta lower my expectations with other people. Gotta learn to channel the zen in me even more now. It's just a car, right?

1) it's just a car, life goes on.
2) there is such a thing as karma

You can try PDR or to those body side moldings to hide it.

And park far far away. People just don't seem to care. I find this even more so with people driving expensive cars. A lady in a Merc freaking tapped my quarter panel at the grocery store. It is tiny, but I know its there. I inspect my car every time I get out. I am a little obsessed. I observed another Merc today that was pulled all the way over the curb in a parking spot and the front end had all kinds of scrapes, dings and sideswipe markings from poor driving. Shame.

Your only option now is a rocket bunny kit. Otherwise you'll always know that dent is there. Taunting you. Mocking you. Crushing your dreams.

Well, there, bobsacamenoh ..... as they say, the first dent hurts the most .....

Yes, it's just a car ..... not your SO's face.

This car dents easy ..... I swear you can push on it with your thumb and make a dent.

My one year old FR-S has three small dents ..... all done while it was in my garage; one by me, one by my wife and one by my granddaughter .... nobody to blame....

There is a good chance a PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) person can easily pop that sucker out, so as you won't be able to see where it was.

Don't fret, just get it fixed (or not) and enjoy driving your car .....

At least you don't live in LA. Its like people WANT to hit your car.

Some chick hit my buddies car door with her door as we were in the car. She didn't even try to avoid hitting it. He called her out on it saying she could have dented his car. She responded with "I don't care, I dent my car all the time". He said well I do care and I don't want my car dented. She shrugged and said not my problem and waddled her fat ass off.

He was SOOOO close to keying her car and honestly I think he should have. If its an accident I understand, but if people are blanetly disrespectful of other peoples property that is wrong. We all work hard for the money to buy things we enjoy and we dont go around damaging other peoples things. Fuck people like that.

I only have 2 door dents.. both happened at walmart on Christmas eve.
I have tried removing them, but both are behind the door structure bar in the middle of the door, making them in accessible.

...walmart... that's where I went wrong.
