Low quality 91oct tune

I have a 91 oct tune with my OFT. I only have access to poor quality 91 oct with 10% ethanol added. I am getting significant knock in my current tune with my crappy fuel And I don't feel comfortable messing with timing and such. I was hoping that somebody running similar fuel might be able to send me a tune that might work better with poor quality fuel?
