Has anyone else experienced this DTC on their FRS? I keep getting it after I fill up my tank. Running premium.

Readings:
LTFT 14-20% at idle
MAF ~2.3g/s at idle
O2 Sensor 2 starts at .6v after clearing the DTC when it enters closed loop and climbs to around .8v stable.

I couldnt find a PID for O2 Sensor 1, except for an equivalence ratio which stayed at 2 or above, which I believe is bad, because lambda is 1.

Anyone have any experience with these codes?

Should I be looking for a vaccuum leak, or an exhaust leak?

Thanks for the reply. I'll try and get it into the garage and up on a lift To check out the exhaust and intake systems. What did you mean about crooked maf sensor?

sorry typo crook as in stuffed or broken , if you have had maf sensor out check the gasket for creases or tears

I got this same code but it happened after installing the OpenFlash Header. What intake or exhaust mods do you have?

My code was appearing for no reason at all and the code was turned off in the tune because the logs were perfectly fine and I wasn't getting any other codes.

Ive got a bone stock exhaust and intake setup (for now), but the car may have had some work done that required them to remove/replace the exhaust manifold.

So I would think there might be a leak somewhere either where the manifold connects to the engine or where the manifold connects to the over pipe. They might have reused the gaskets when they were reinstalling and that could be the reason for the leak.

Still having the same DTC. I haven't checked the MAF yet. But I just replaced the stock header with a TopSpeed Pro1 UEL catted header. New gaskets all around, but the DTC keeps popping up. Hasn't set yet because that takes 40 drive cycles and I keep clearing it when it pops up in torque scan.

Anyone else having this issue still? If so, what fixed it for you? I'll be getting a new MAF gasket and cleaning my MAF with maf solvent. Other than that, I guess I need to get it smoked to look for vacuum leaks.
