Eibach sportline springs slight knock noise

Just got my sport lines on the other day, ride is nice but when I go over little bumps there's a very faint knocking noise, it's not loud at all very faint.. Was wondering if this is normal? It's on stock struts and shocks also..

need more info and preferably video w/ good enough audio to capture the noise

If the "knocking" sounds like thumping it may be a blown strut or, in the rear, a loose sway or LCA bolt.

How did you keep the shaft from spinning when tightening the top nuts on the strut assembly?

I had a shop install them, honestly its so quiet a video probably won't capture the sound, let's say if I go over a smooth bump it won't make any noise like a speed bump but it it's like a hole in the ground you hear a little thump noise but very quite.

recheck the torque on all the bolts that were removed... particularly the top nut on the strut, the top hat nuts, and the endlink nut.

correct. there shouldnt be any clunking/thunking noises. i was gonna say maybe its just the shock bottoming out, but you mentioned that the noise is faint and on small bumps... that shouldnt bottom you out unless the shock is blown

yep they'll be able to diagnose whether or not the strut is blown right away if you're not used to the sound.. it's very characteristic of mcphersons
