atmospheric pressure value changes after going into boost

I've been seeing a weird issue where the logged value for atmospheric pressure will change at some point during a drive. car is turbocharged, tuned with ecutek and has an omni 3 bar map sensor.

it will always start out at atmospheric pressure of 12.5-12.6 psi, this is correct for the elevation I live at (Utah). But at some point during my drive it will jump up to around 14.8 after being in boost. I don't know that this is necessarily an issue since tuning maps such as boost control always look at absolute pressure rather than the difference between absolute and ambient.

Has anyone seen this type of thing before though? I'm curious and somewhat concerned if it would affect any parameters to other maps or perhaps indicate a faulty map sensor. seems like it gets 'stuck' at 14.8 which is basically default pressure at sea level.

here are two maps that highlight the random jump in readings at a certain point during a run.
