Fitment question, again ;) don't hate

Forgestar F14
and Avant Grande M310

18x9.0 Wheels all around, probably Super Sport Tires from michelin will be installed.

Specs:
Wheel 4x: 18x9.0
5x100 of course
Tires 4x: 245/35/18 MSS
Car stock height. Lowering the car -0.8" max using RS*R Sports-i Coilover.

Questions:
1. Which offset should I get, I used Tire Calculator lol... I got +33 front and +32 rear. I cleared the front suspension strut, I think. I also have a good flush in the back.. The front wheel/tire is coming out.. if I could get a +38 it would be awesome.... oh well. So which offset should I get? Can I get +38?

2. Fender rolling required, I really don't want that?

3. You think I will have issues when turning or any rubing issues.. I didn't want to go with 9.5 since there was a lot of reported issues such as rubbing. I will use 245/35 tires, it will be minor stretching. Correct?

No issues at all. Choose an offset from +35 to +42 and you're golden. 245/35R18 tires are perfect, you won't rub.

Oh I know you do. Concavity is just tough to really get on a car that doesn't accept low offsets, it just has to do with the way wheels are physically built. If these cars were very low offsets, concavity isn't an issue at all, but there is a limit to how concave a wheel can actually be built on this car.

I know, I get it... That's why I am hesitant. I want the wheels in semi concave.. though I am very hesitant in getting them due to the fact I might not like them.

Well you don't have to pick what I recommend, you can pick anything else you like. I'm just here to help out and answer questions and make recommendations, but like with the Avant Garde wheel with that offset, I know that you might not like the way they fit on the car, you might want something alternative to that. Regardless, you can always send me a PM if you can think of anything else, but so far you've only been looking at well made wheels so that for sure deserves a thumbs up haha

I know, but I am looking at alternatives if I don't find any I will for sure go with what you recommended. Anyways, I still have 4 month before winter ends, I will use these wheels for summer and my OEM for winter .
