Buddy Club Spec 2...different tips?

So while I was watching some Buddy Club Spec 2 exhaust sound clips on youtube, I came across one video which showed a different exhaust tip (*top picture). Tried searching all over to see if there is a different version or something but nothing. All I find is the exhaust tip pictured on the bottom from vendors. From the guys pictures of the top exhaust, it seems to have the buddy club stamp on the right side so I don't think its custom or anything. I'm leaning towards getting the buddy club exhaust but dont care for the exhaust tip on the bottom.

Its an Arizona plate. Maybe try to Arizona sub forum and see if you can find the owner to ask

this is purely opinion but when I ordered a brand new Spec II, it came with the bigger tip (this was last year). Some people who bought it well before me had the smaller tip so I have a feeling they just redesigned the exhaust tip to better fill in our rear bumpers.
