OEM Audio+ Enclosure squeaking?

I started noticing my sub enclosure with amp is squeaking at freeway speeds. It's barely noticable with the backseats up but with them down and volume off it can be pretty annoying. Tightening the screws seemed to help a little bit but it's definitely still there. Also with extremely high bass (I'm on full profile) and loud volumes it definitely rattles a bit. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Not sure if it's just mine since I took out my amplifier to send it in before; I've definitely tightened them to the max with a t10 but maybe something went wrong.

edit: looking more into it, I realized that there might be a part missing from my enclosure causing it to squeak. Was this support piece not included in the earlier batches? Is it even in the later ones?

I've tried deadening it, filling the gaps, etc but no good. The amp heats up a good amount and might cause some expansion and contraction softening up any soft materials in contact.
