Question Greddy Oil Pan Baffle Plate

http://www.greddy.com/products/jdm-s...rtnum=13515901

Does anyone know how this unit is installed?

Is it a little sketchy that it is anodized and not bare / uncoated?

I'm looking for a baffle that installs easily.

You pull the header, pull the oil pan, clean the liquid gasket stuff off, put the baffle in the pan, put on new liquid gasket, and re-install the oil pan. I've got one. Installed it while I was swapping my header.
