17x8 +42, 225 or 215. Will I need to roll fenders?

That's nearly an OEM optioned size, however at +42 offset it won't be flush. +42 is perfect flush offset for 17x9 on stock suspension, for 17x8 you'll want +38 or you'll want to run a 4mm slip spacer.
You do not need to roll the fenders... you'll want a 225/40R17 tire. |
