Hit and Run =(
Someone hit my car. I don't know when but I can only assume it was in the parking lot when I was at the grocery store a couple days ago, I rarely go driving so I didn't notice until now. =(
Its hard to see from the picture, but the scratch on the head light is about 3-4 mm deep and some of the inner housing of the head light is cracked. Anyone know any good shops in the Northern VA area? |

Damn I hate that shit. People are so f**king irresponsible! Sorry this happened to you.
That being said, I haven't used any auto body places in recent years. I think, many years ago, that Rosslyn Auto Body was recommended but we're talking 20 years ago. They're on Columbia Pike, not far from Bailey's Crossroads. Yelp 'em to be sure. |

I would recommend either Craftsman autobody or We Care Auto body. They both do great work and I would only recommend using genuine parts on this car. Sorry to hear about that hit and run though. That is why I am looking for another car to use as a daily driver.

Haha, the saddest part is that I had literally ordered a dash cam a few days before and its currently in the mail.
Been looking at prices are parts and it makes me sad. Small dent in the metal, and the bumper pops out a bit. I'm hoping the bumper cover doesn't need to be replaced. I was actually planning on new after market head lights, but still sad to be down one head light to sell. I'll look into those body shops. Thanks! |

I do, but I have a deductible. If the repairs are under the cost of the deductible, then insurance will just be another hassle. So, estimate first.

Craftsman autobody is awesome! They ordered a trunk for me, and then they painted it within a day. Left VA with a brand new Trunk

Yeah, they were amazing when they had to essentially rebuild my dad's Tacoma. The truck was rear ended and pushed into another car. Almost every body panel on the truck was replaced except for the doors. The quality of their work was so good that we still have the truck to this day.

Thanks dudes. I'll look into those places.
Mostly I need the metal below the head light pulled out a bit. It got pushed in under the head light, which cracked the inner housing of the head light. I was planning to get after market head lights anyway, so I figure now is a better time than ever. As for the bumper cover, I'm just gona be a sad that there is a big scratch on it for a while until I save up money for the Aero kits I've been interested in. Also, speaking of Aero kits, anyone have any they like? I feel like there are options out there I haven't seen. Just trying to keep positive so I don't let my anger make my busy week any worse. |
