Arrow WARNING - STi Badges @ Japanparts

Ordered a few of these recently with my last order from JP. Just a word of warning, these badges have three pins on the backside and are obviously designed for the STi spoiler as per description on package and website. I just assumed they had a flat back with 3M applied just like the STi badges that BaysonR sells or others on ebay. Not a big deal, the pins can be easily removed with a dremel and 3M reapplied if desired

Unfortunately the pics and description at JP do not reflect any info on the pins located on the backside as shown in my pics
In comparison to the other STi badges sold by BaysonR for their ABS STi side skirts they sell, they are virtually identical minus the 3 pins found on the ones from JP. So just a heads up again for those looking to buy these in the future

OEM badges for replica spoiler? wouldn't the OEM spoiler/lip/areo already have holes in it for the badge?

Of course... Hence the pins

But replica's won't have the holes obviously, quick fix with a pair of side snips and a dremel...

I meant... if you had a replica part, why spend the money on OEM badges, when you can get replica badges for significantly cheaper?

I own both, I just so happen to be placing an order from JP and saw the genuine STi ones, so I ordered a few and shipping was cheap for me

Shipping is also high from BaysonR for Canada guys on this part verses ordering directly from JP
On a side note, you will be hard pressed to see any difference from the JP badge and the one BaysonR sells, they virtually identical other than the 3 pins located on the backside of the JP one
