Goals and use: Track in mind, just street driving?

Budget: What is your all in budget for "wheels" alone?

well, the chances are low anyone will answer you on your very unprecise question.

Check this thread http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7535 get some ideas what you like, and maybe ask a bit more specific what your prioritys are

Do you want:
-looks
-performance
-good MPG
-meaty look
-hellaflush/strech look
etc etc

Generally, 17" are lighter than 18", also, most tire sizes are cheaper in 17", however, 18" does look "better" in some ppl's opinion. Also, not all wheels are available in all sizes.

I'd personally go for 18" on the FR-S, something like this http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21623
