Need a Legal Catalytic Converter for Integra

Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone has a legal Catalytic Converter for a 99 Integra? My gf's car needs to pass smog because her current cat is going out already.

Magnaflow makes a CARB legal line, but they are not ALL CARB legal.
I would try www.ecatalytic.com. Their customer service guy helped me a lot recently.
