Shortest wait time? - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

Hey guys,

Looking to get a white MT FR-S as soon as possible.

I've been calling around some dealerships: DVN, Ken Shaw, downtown, etc. Everyone seems to be saying June, but I am trying to be as certain as possible prior to order.

Does anyone have an idea about wait times, best dealership to go to?

I know there is lots of talk about release delays, but I haven't seen anything specific.

I think if you haven't already bought one it may be tough to get one until their second expected shipment arrives in late June.

Seems to me a lot of the ones dealers are getting are spoken for (like mine).

I've been told no car until June 16. Another guy who bought from same place was told June 13. I hope the 13th is correct!

Call around there are sure to be a few people that dropped out and some that just arent all spoken for. I just did this this weekend, and i'm patiently awaiting mine in the first drop. And by patiently i mean i'm pacing around waiting for my call.

I know you are asking for a white car but if you are interested, Brimell Toyota has a Silver Manual and a Dark Grey Auto. You would get the car by June 1st. Hope this helps.
