ARK Grip & ARK DT-S differences?

What are the differences of these two exhausts, they are both the same price is there any difference in power gains or the sound? I'm confused?

grip is only slightly louder
to give an example of loudness, it's in between the perrin non res and resonated

let's say res is a 4, non res is a 7, whereas grip is a 5 and dt-s is a 6

it just depends on what you want

(personal experience)
