headlight/taillight condensation

Today i decided to wash my car, once i was done i drove home and parked the car inside the garage and i noticed both my head lights had condensation on the inside. when i went to the back of the car i saw that both my tail lights as well had condensation on the inside.
I have heard of people with having condensation in their tail lights but never their head lights.

I have minor condensation on the corner of my tail lights (like where the trunk lid covers the tail lamps), but it doesn't go inside the lens.

Headlights... is it actually inside the lens?

yes, it looks as if its from the outside but when i try to clean it off i realize its on the inside, I have HID lights installed on the car, if i take it to the dealer do you think they will assume that the HID's are the cause of condensation?

No. HID have nothing to do with the headlight it self except the bulbs. You don't move the headlight to install HIDs... unless the HID melted the housing then that's a different story

So i went to the dealer earlier today, and they headlight condensation had dried up, but the tail light had drops of water inside.
after taking a look they ordered tail lights, but since the headlights dried up they said they cant inspect anything until it comes back. i talked to one of the mechanics and he told me to remove the HID and put the original lights back on, and if it comes back within two weeks then i can bring it in and they will replace the headlights, but if the HID's are whats causing the condensation they will not replace the headlights.

I would put back the original bulbs, wash the car, and then if there's water bring it back in.

Don't give them a reason to deny your warranty claim.
