What muffler to purchase for no-name setup (borla?)

I will be having a local shop run a exhaust for me. I just need to purchase a muffler and they will fabricate the rest. I want a setup like this

http://www.frsport.com/Cat-Back-Exha...Z_p_67573.html

But I cannot find the applicable Borla part. Has anyone else done this or have any ideas? I have very limited knowledge on exhausts.

For that style muffler I always got the best sound from flow master. They flow more and sound great I think the only other thing to compare would be weight of mufflers you are deciding on. I hope it's and economic option for you to have a custom setup built. Sounds cool keep us posted

Flowmaster actually makes a really nice priced catback. If you're having an exhaust made based on price keep that in mind!

I was going with the style I linked because I like the idea of a straight shot. The problem is the muffler has to fit where the resonator pipe is now and I'm worried I'll get one too big.

There's a few options out there for a "Straight shot".

Really with the muffler towards the back, as long as you get a good free flowing exhaust it would perform the same as that Borla design. It might even be better since the muffler is more of a restriction that far up the exhaust stream.

Just food for thought.
