Scratches: Fix it or leave it?

Heartache for me today. Was pulling out of a Target parking lot, and I heard a loud scraping from the bottom of my car. Thought I had more than enough ground clearance, but turns out I didn't. Anyway, went home to inspect it, and I have some pretty deep scratching below the front bumper.

Just curious if anyone else has similar damage on their car and whether you're planning to fix them, or just leave them as is. I saw a pretty good tutorial on the detailing forum about a fix, but I'm not sure if I have the technique for equally good results or not, and whether it would be worth having them professionally done.

I'll post pics tomorrow.

Its on the bottom I would leave it, and buy a lip. If its in the front. I would fix it

If you can see it then you should fix it. If not, I would just leave it. If I were a betting man, I would bet that this probably won't be the last time you bottom out your car.

The scratches under the front bumper? Leave 'em, they're like a badge of honor.
