Engine Pulley Torque Requirements
I got the GFB Lightweight pulley kit, but it did not come with instructions stating what torque they should be installed to.
What have people installed them to for the 3 pulleys? |

Here you go
http://www.ft86club.com/files/BRZengine.pdf Im not sure exactly which other two pulleys the GFB replaces but you can simply hold CTRL + F and then type in 'pulley'. Hope you find something

Thanks for the info, I torqued the crank to 94 and 3 bolts for water pump to 25 before I read the manual you linked haha. The alternator I couldn't remove so I'm going to try taking it to a shop.

There are a few ways you can do this after you remove the belt and the two 10mm bolt holding the cover, you can use a heavy duty glove to hold the pulley and use an impact gun to yank that bolt out, or you can have someone else hold it using heavy duty gloves while you use a breaker bar.

I tried removing the alternator and using nonslip drawer liners to hold the pulley in a vice, to prevent damaging it. I used a breaker bar with 24mm socket to try and remove the nut, but it just slipped out. With an impact gun today, took all of 5 minutes. |
