if they already have the car make, color, state of license plate, and the first three letters of the plates, wouldn't that be more than enough to check dmv or police records for the owner of the car?

I believe it would more likely be the scion because I know exactly what color they're talking about. To my dismay I drive a Camry in the same color. I believe its called midnight chestnut Today 10:57am
