FR-S Stock Pioneer H/U Installed in 2002 Tundra?

Hello everyone,

Just have a pretty generic question. Can the stock FR-S Pioneer head unit be installed in a 2002 Toyota Tundra? (with working antenna)

From what i have attempted already, the original harnesses from the Tundra plug right into the stock Scion radio. However the only thing that is missing is the Antenna portion (so no AM/FM).

I am hoping someone has some tricks up there sleeve, maybe splicing some wires or something. Just looking to hook my dads truck with a newer radio, and the FR-S fits perfect in the tundra.
